The IAG Rally X Skid Plate is designed for 2002-2007 Subaru Impreza WRX and STI models, providing robust protection for the headers and oil pan from the front of the U-frame to the transmission brace. This skid plate shields your engine from rocks, branches, debris, and rough terrain, making it ideal for rally, rally-cross, off-road adventures, or simply added peace of mind on the street.

As a rugged upgrade over the factory plastic splash guard, the Rally X Skid Plate offers a solid barrier against harsh conditions where the OEM plastic might fail. It allows drivers to confidently tackle challenging trails or rally courses without worrying about damaging critical engine components.

Constructed from a single piece of 3/16” thick 5052 aluminum, the skid plate is both strong and lightweight. Its high corrosion resistance and black powder-coated finish protect against wear, fading, and chipping while also providing a clean, durable look.

Installation is straightforward and can be completed in under 10 minutes. Pre-drilled mounting holes align with existing points on the subframe and transmission brace, and all necessary hardware is included. Spacers are also provided for vehicles requiring additional clearance due to aftermarket headers. While a lift makes installation easier, a sturdy floor jack and a basic set of socket wrenches are sufficient to complete the job.
