The Mod-Twin 225 HD Rigid Street Kit is designed for high-powered AWD vehicles, blending easy pedal feel with smooth but positive engagement and quick shifting. This modular twin-disc design combines twice the organic friction surfaces with a rigid Mono-Drive hub for durability. Each diaphragm spring undergoes a four-stage heat treatment. Steel-backed friction plates with premium organic friction materials provide stable friction, good heat capacity, and long life. Torque is evenly transferred through the chrome-moly Mono-Drive hub, heat treated for strength and extended input shaft life. The lightweight, rigid design ensures faster shifts and trouble-free service. Kit includes CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate, diaphragm spring, friction plates, rigid Mono-Drive hub, floater, Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if required). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable, with most components available separately.
